Pricing:
All prices marked CAD are in Canadian Dollars and do not include applicable taxes. For orders shipping in Ontario
the tax rate is: 14 % (8 % PST + 6 % GST), Orders shipping to New Brunswick Nova Scotia Newfoundland and Labrador tax rate
is: 14 % HST for all other provinces in Canada tax rate is: 6 % GST. Please note that tax / taxes are charged on the whole
amount of the order including shipping charges. For US Customers, the current exchange rate is: ($1.00 USD = $1.00 CAD).
Prices do not include applicable brokerage taxes and duties charged by US Customs. For orders shipping to the USA please
note that all brokerage, taxes and duties are extra and will show up on your invoice as shipping charges.
Orders:
You can pay by VISA or MASTER CARD either in Canadian Dollars or US Dollars. You may also order by phone or fax
and send payment via MONEY ORDER OR CERTIFIED CHEQUE. When you submit your order online you will receive an e-mail confirmation
of your order with the full amount being charged to your credit card. If you need to change your order - please call or e-mail
as soon as possible, we will try our best to change your order if the order has not been shipped out. All orders are shipped
the following day after confirmation e-mail is sent to you. All products are in stock at time of listing and may be sold
out during that day. We will update any product that is sold out online ASAP. Please note that there may be certain orders
that we are unable to accept and must cancel (ex. not enough product in stock). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion,
to refuse or cancel any order that we deem to be fraudulent. For your convenience, your credit card will not be charged
until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy. Some situations that may result
in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product
or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional
verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled
or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been
charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. For urgent orders we ship using Fed Ex Express
(additional shipping charges apply).
Credit Card Information:
Your credit card will be charged for the amount of product you order plus shipping and taxes. Your full information
is needed along with Credit Card billing address. Charges will appear on your statement as (Seven Star Sports).
You must notify us in writing via fax or letter mail if you wish to ship
to an address other than your own. Your credit card will be charged in the currency you placed your order in. Upon submitting
your order online you give authorization to Seven Star Sports to charge your credit card the full amount of the order.
Returns:
Product purchased on this site can only be exchanged unless the product is not it stock. Please call 1-888-527-7827
or e-mail sales@sevenstarsports.com for all returns. Returns can be made within 15 days of receiving the product. The product
must be in its original condition and packaging with a copy of your order. Your name, residence address and phone number
will be required. That information is collected, used and retained to help prevent fraud, and may only be disclosed within
Seven Star Sports. Some exceptions may apply.
If you have purchased a product that has arrived broken or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can advise the shipping
company and ship you out a new product.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. We will however refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because
of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective or damaged.
PRODUCT WARRANTY: All products carry a 15 day warranty unless otherwise stated.
FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except by Seven Star Sports as set forth
above.
